• Advising on industry-specific capacity development to help public-sector stakeholders make informed decisions and increase their effectiveness.

Infrastructure services span the full infrastructure project lifecycle to USAID, USTDA, other international, and domestic clients and include the following:

• Provide civil and energy engineering services on vertical structures, transportation, energy, and water infrastructure projects.

• Design disaster-resilient infrastructure to international standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies to assess infrastructure project technical and economic viability.

• Offer engineering design for optimized performance at cost-efficient pricing.

• Provide competitive procurement assistance, including developing technical specifications, evaluation criteria, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Perform construction inspections and oversight to ensure compliance with design and safety specifications.

• Employ value engineering to maximize value for money.

• Advise on monitoring, evaluating, and learning to track progress against goals and to pass on lessons learned.

• Advise on program mobilization for the quick yet structured start-up of international programs.
