Code of Ethics

GPTech believes in a culture of honesty, honor, and openness. We maintain a Code of Ethics to help guide ourselves and our partners in operating all around the world. These policies are in place to preserve GPTech’s reputation and prevent adverse consequences to any parties involved in the company’s activities. All employees and officers of GPTech are required to comply with the letter and spirit of the Code.

Sometimes in our careers, we face difficult decisions and may seek to avoid issues rather than confront them. At GPTech, we believe training and clear guidance will help all parties understand what is expected and guide us in keeping ourselves accountable as an organization and as individuals. Our Code of Ethics and training cover topics such as Conflicts of Interest, Prohibition of Improper Payments, Political Contributions, Confidentiality, Exchange of Information with Competitors, and Accountability. The Code is based on respect for individuals and organizations.

We encourage openness in discussing and, when necessary, reporting issues. Through our Code, we provide guidance and mechanisms for communicating concerns and questions. Underlying our Code is the belief that clarity of purpose and training make it easier for us all to do the right thing - to the benefit of ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.
