GPTech Awarded Contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for Energy Management Support

GPTech was awarded a new contract to provide the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with a range of energy management services. The work follows successful completion of a renewable energy management study.

On the new contract, GPTech will conduct energy management analyses of priority CBP facilities. The work will include detailed analysis of renewable energy investment opportunities, support for the establishment of renewable energy system interconnection agreements with utilities, completing inventory of remote tactical infrastructure renewable energy systems and energy management training to CBP staff.  This contract is a potential 3-year engagement.
