GPTech Receives U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Certification

Congratulations! GPTech certified as an SBA 8(a) certification from SBA on Monday, August 9, 2010. The 8(a) Program is a nine-year business development program which provides specialized business training, counseling, marketing and technical assistance to small, disadvantaged businesses. Other program benefits include participants ability to receive sole-source contracts (up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services and $6.5 million for manufacturing); form joint ventures and teams to bid on contracts; and enter into the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program.
